While the disabled mother was on health, the neighbor should take care of the nine-year-old son.
But then the boy dies of cerebral hemorrhage.
Now the man has been condemned for murder.
For the murder of a nine-year-old in the Upper Palatinate, the boy's neighbor has to live in prison. For the District Court Weiden, on Friday the murder of the lower motives was fulfilled. In addition, the 34-year-old was sentenced for ill-treatment of protective orders and dangerous bodily harm.
"Maximilian and his mother have fallen into the hands of a sadistic, unscrupulous and manipulative criminal," said Oberstaatsanwalt Rainer Lehner in his plea.
Oliver H., two years ago, had looked after the boy two years ago, when the child's handicap mother was on a cure. The defendant had, on the conviction of the court, severely beaten the boy several times violently with his fist on his head and accepted his death approvingly. A little later the nine-year-old had died of cerebral hemorrhage.
In the process, the man had admitted that he had placed the boy in the corner for part of the punishment for over an hour, and also distributed earpins. Many injuries had the child suffering from the ADHD disorder, however, itself added. Thus the nine-year-old had regularly choked himself, struck his head, and vomited artificially.
In the course of the trial, the accused had informed his defendant that he had not beaten the boy on the evening of the crime and thus did not kill him. Instead, he accused the mother of the child to have her son treated with a shower head after spattering her child with hot water. The boy's mother had denied this.
